...at least according to the books!
Today was the first day at school. There are 96 students, a very divers group - mostly Britiish, but also quite a lot of international people and all ages. We were devided into two groups, the Blue and the White. And the groups are devided into classes A, B and C.
The books ( - the bibles!!!) and schedule were handed out. And we all had to try on the uniforms to see if they fit. My kitchen shoes with the metal cap for extra toe protection against falling knifes were way too big. But I was able to exchange them immediately. Because a lot of other students had the same problem.
A lot of information then about the course, the school, the rules and the cooking. Difficult to remember everything. So tomorrow is the first hands-on class. We will see how that goes.
