The school is located in Southwest London - in an area which I think is really nice and obviously very British. But does not have the big-city-feel to it. Chiswick it's called. The school is in a really modern building or should I better say an old building that has been really nicely restored and refurbished.
On the ground floor is the reception area and the demonstration room where we are being shown how the food is prepared and plated...
... to then go to the kitchens on the first and second floor where we will cook the dish ourselves.
