Catering - I never thought I would actually be very interested in that but after today's demonstration class, I might have changed my mind.
Alison Price started out in 1981 with her catering business - very small - and now she does events for 2000 and more people. She has a lot of top clients. It is amazing what she and her team have done in the past and I think it would be really interesting to do some work experience with her.
So here I am refined - I've changed my mind. Everything is possible!
