A very inspiring demonstration. Michael North runs a gastropub near Oxford and has won Michelin stars food.
He has some really lovely dishes on his menu and tries to source most of the produce locally, if not growing it himself. I denifitely would love to eat at The Nut Tree. Hopefully I will be in the area soon, if not I will have to make it a trip.
