I did like the look of a lot of them but I am not sure about a spoon made out of coloured and shaped sugar.
I thought that was a bit much. But I am a great fan of the other, more delicate sugar work. Have a look yourself:

Demonstration 19 - Plated Desserts
Giving us some more inspiration regarding the plating up of desserts - especially using spun suday and coloured and shaped sugar creations.
I did like the look of a lot of them but I am not sure about a spoon made out of coloured and shaped sugar.
