Demonstration 34 - Marianne Lumb

I follow her on Masterchef and saw her produced some really interesting food. So I was looking forward to experience her food in real life and hear about how her life had or had not changed since her TV appearance.

It was really interesting to get an insight of the workings behind the scene of Masterchef. How she was offered a job by Michel Roux Jr. anyway after she didn't win the finale. But she didn't really want to work in a restaurant for 90 hours a week again. But the TV experience help her publishing her book:

But apart from all the insider knowledge, she gave us some lovely food. Best of all, her TV famous rhubarb tarte tatin:
