Theory exam

The theory exam...well, I have to say we always get briefed really well on what might be on it. But there is just so much information and detail that while revising I eventually felt that I had to let go of a few things.

This did show today because there were a few things that I wasn't to sure about like catering quantities (I didn't revise those too much because I thought that is something you don't necessarily need to know by heart because you can always look it up) and then - even though I had revised them - I just blacked out on some French terminologies as well as sauces and their garnishes. But I am hoping I knew enough to pass.
