And it was. Not just because of the cheese, but even more so because of the expert that came in: Tom Badcock the Cheese Specialist from the The Cheese Cellar Company. He had so much interesting history and information about cheese and cheese making.It was just wonderful...and of course delicious. Apart from ONE cheese which was simply revolting. Some strange Norwegian thing that was supposed to be a mixture between sweet and savoury and caramel. Really, I am very openminded and I tasted it, but it nearly made me sick. But again, I learned something.
