A bit of a production line day today. We were spending the morning making canapes for the charity party the same evening.
My table had to make flaky pastry and a duxelles mix which is finely chopped mushrooms and shallots. That doesn't sound like a lot to do. But the sheer quantities kept us busy all morning.
