We were given a tour around the estate
and the wine making facilities before we tasted some of their products:
Afterwards we went on to another winemaker - this time sparking wine. Aparently, they are doing quite well on the market of sparkling wine. After a tasting, I have to say I am not surprised. I really like it and even preferred it to the Champagne I tasted in one of our earlier wine lectures. And even though it was quite pricey I treated myself to two bottles. Not sure if I will drink them myself or give them away as presents.
