The other "dish" of the day - the Fougasse - however, I enjoyed greatly. Making bread is just my thing and I get never tired of emphasising this. Lovely dough with the started we made yesterday and lovely bread in the end:

Kitchen 32 - Fougasse and Tian of Crab
This will probably not go into my books of favorite recipes: Tian of crab! I do like seafood and crab. But the fiddling with it and the layering of it did not win me over. To be honest, I was pretty crabbed out by the end of it:
