This Friday was another all day cooking day. I guess somewhat in preparing us for the long practical exam, maybe.
Well, either way there was a lot to do. Making and baking croissants and brioche. And a sauterne jelly as well as a parfait with an orange and plum chutney that had to be served. No pics, though!
