This wine lecture was basically about testing which Sauvignon Blanc style consumers like best - us being the consumers.
I am a big fan of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. But I had to find out after the blind tasting that after all the Kiwi ones were the ones I liked least. However, they did not taste like the Sauvignon Blancs from NZ that I normally buy.
Anyhow, it was interesting and we got some goat's cheese and bread to taste with it.
