This Japanese cuisine demonstration was more Japanese fusion. Don't get me wrong the food was lovely. But feta cheese in a Japanese salad I dare say you don't get in Japan.
One of the owners of Feng Sushi came in and she shared her knowledge about ingredients and sustainability of fish which is a topic very close to her heart.
Overall very tasty food!
