Kitchen 22 - Beer bread and Sole Bonne Femme

Having filleted and skinned a lemon sole last night really helped with today's dish of Sole Bonne Femme which involves just that. So that was a pleasant and reassuring way to start the day. And the dish in the end was quite lovely, too.


But even more satisfying was making the beer bread - such a lovely loaf and I did quite well.
