Demonstration 23 - Buffet

I think everybody has been to a birthday, anniversary, wedding or the like where there was a buffet provided. And how often were you really pleased with the food offer, the way it was arranged or displayed?

I personally think I had more bad buffets than good one so I was really keen on finding out about the details and pitfalls of making a buffet.

But this class was not only interesting but in the end provided us with tasting a delicious array of different buffet dishes - which easily can be served seperately as well:
