A great day in the kitchen - not too much stress. Having said that, I realise I probably shouldn't have. There was still a lot of work to be done. Make a pastry case for the next day, some delicious lemon curd to be the filling of our Victoria Sandwich and a Caesar Salad which does involve some preparation. Especially the croutons.
And I was so busy I forgot to take pictures. So I guess I take it all back. It was a busy day - but still great!
