Kitchen 18 - The Queen's Sandwich
Victoria sandwich - today I had my go at honouring the queen. Creaming my life away to make this cake, I followed all the rules to make it light and fluffy. I carefully oiled and line my cake tins and gentle filled in the mixture. But then when the two cakes were done, they just refused to come out of the tins. But when I finally managed to get them out, I certainly was sweet - taste as much as sight:
