This wine lecture was a bit of revision again because we had covered some of the influences last term. However, it was good because it made me realise what I actually already know, i.e. kept in the back of my head.
We did a bit of tasting as well. And then looked at labels and deciphered their terminology. That will definitely be an exam question the lecturer warned us. So I need to look into that a bit more. But at the beginning of the term we got a book and that is really quite helpful. Plus the exam is not until the end of term.
