Demonstration 7 - Enriched Bread

I said last week that I like making pastry. Well, I also like making bread. So today was another great demonstration class for me.

Right from the start I knew what I was looking forward to because the teachers had made a beautiful display.

One thing I especially looked forward to was tasting the Sticky pecan buns. And let me tell you I was not disappointed.

In terms of method it was a bit revision from last term. Usage of yeast, what is it, what helps it, what slows it down. And method of mixing and kneading and rising. All very enjoyable and relaxing!
