Demonstration 13 - I scream for ice cream!

I was so exhausted after the cooking for 50 that I was almost too tired to the afternoon demonstration class. But since it was ice cream that cheered me up.

I have made ice cream before - rhubarb and it was quite nice. But I have to say it is great to get all these tips and ways in order to refine your skills. And it was great to get more serving ideas - for example in these Brandy Snap cups:

We learned how to make those as well. Really looking forward to making some of that. Plus we got to taste some great ginger ice cream. I love ginger!

Next week we are making an apple sorbet. Yumm!
