But I am determined not to let that get into my way of enjoying the demonstration classes. So today was a bit revision in terms of feathered game in form of some partridge and wood pigeon.
Then, however, we moved on to hare and rabbit:
Those two ended up in dishes. And yes, we actually saw the rabbit getting skinned. But in the end the dishes I enjoyed the most was the venison...
