A chicken dish with accompaniments, a pie and another bread - that is what we will have to cook in our practical exam next week.
We have four hours to do it. Everything has to be served at the same time - bread and pie can be cold, the rest must be hot! There are a lot of other things to look out for but I won't go into detail here. I will just tell you next week if I am actually going to take the exam. Right now with the finger in that condition, I am not sure.
Hopefully it will be much better next week. I would hate to not have a go!
