Kitchen 28 - Pizza and Spinach Salad

Aaah, Friday afternoon cooking! How great does pizza and a spinach salad sound. The pizza dough just like the bread dough had to be kneaded. Sometimes I wonder if I just using the wrong recipe because making this pizza place was much easier and the pizzas came out much nicer and who doesn't love a delicous pizza with some nice toppings. Alright, my shaping of the dough wasn't perfect. But hey, for a first try?!?!

And another fabulous treat was the spinach salad with mango and chilli and some bacon. The lightness of the spinach, the sweetness of the mango, the salty bacon bits and feta as well as the chilli really worked together magnificently. Must make it again soon:
